Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or turkey or chicken)
1 can yellow corn
1 can diced tomatoes w/ juice
1 can kidney beans
1 package taco seasoning (I use publix brand)
1 package ranch seasoning
Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)
Brown ground beef and drain.
Combine ingredients into stock pot and heat on medium, stirring occasionally until warm, about 20 minutes.
Can also be slow-cooked in crock pot.
Tastes even better the next day.

A can of black beans added also tastes good. And a small container of sour cream for a change.
